The RAYS™ Approach

RAYS™ (Recognize · Acknowledge · Yield · Support) is a practical, conversation-based approach that builds real-world communication and relational skills through in-person interaction.


It is designed to help people actively practice how they engage, respond, and relate to others—not just understand these skills conceptually.


Rather than adding another program, RAYS strengthens how people show up in everyday moments—where confidence, connection, and belonging are shaped.

Inside the RAYS™ Experience

  • Small-group, in-person sessions (approximately 8–12 participants) 

  • Can be offered as
  • a 90-minute introductory workshop
  • 3-session series 
  • a 6–8 session program, depending on the group and setting

  • Conversation-based, interactive, and reflective

  • Real-life scenarios and guided practice

    The course is fully self-paced with no fixed class times, so you can engage with the content whenever it suits you best.


    Future offerings will include live hybrid sessions for those who prefer interactive learning with scheduled meetings.

  • How can I participate in the live sessions?

    Live sessions are not part of the current course but will be available in the upcoming hybrid version starting January 2026.

    These sessions will include group discussions, coaching support, and deeper reflection facilitated by Shelley Steele.
